ah so basically, if you wanted to get something into atom range (100m), then for example for the fourth wizard cauldron bubble you would be on a wizard for the bubble cheapening upgrades to apply more, and then you buy cheapeners from the liquid store and buy the bubble at a low rate such as 1/10th the original cost. then go onto another character and check if the total cost for an upgrade is above 100m yet or not

use SB, kill the bottom platform only for the duration of your pirate flag, once flag expires, wipe the bottom to make sure there's no more skull-less trash, go up and manually target gold+ skulls, it should be pretty easy
