Just got access to NBLB and trying to better understand it. I just uploaded all of my characters so that they are hitting it during my daily reset but I'm confused as to the bubbles idleonefficiency thinks will be upgraded. Why would it hit bubbles that are level 10 when I have others which are much lower in level. I thought it always prioritized the lowest levels?
