Yea use library to get the highest level you can for logs on logs. The skill is op and in the second talent tree for mages. it makes a huge difference

with everything else you checked, at this point I would say it is problably alch and stams you are going to need to focus on. Rift as well as high as you can make it. I would try to make getting your prints up a focus as you really need it to make alch faster and to start getting atoms as well. You should aim to get your log print to at least 10m+ at this point
