better skulls have more max charge and faster speed, which increases how much charge you gain/day
I'm unsure exactly how worship power works, it probably affects your efficiency which means you get more souls per worship charge spent

NBLB will happen on your daily reset if you have the lab node lit up (you can check the time in the shop or guild)
If your daily reset is when you are offline, then you'll get those bonuses and resets as soon as you login (so stay in lab if it's overnight)
