General question regarding "no pain no gain"...

When its active i lose around 7% when being hit, but regen2% when killing a mob and sitting on 85% acc.
Why am i being warned that my survivability is at 15% and my kills go 1k units per hour down?
I feel like that really does not add up?

a consequence of pushing would be the lack of build up in certain resources like alchemy, mining, fishing, or smth

all skillings are fixed at lv30-35 atm with maestro having highest, rest printing said resources

it means better leveling and an easier time getting resources
