As per your questions, continue with everyone in lab except for your pusher (squire in your case). When you reach W5, everyone on hole. Later on you'll be able to progress lab much faster, don't worry too much.

The main reason for everyone to sit on lab (at your stage) isn't to lvl lab itself, but to bring as much bonuses as possible to your portal pusher

Also, try to lvl laaaaarry as much as possible and print mats for it (or work to unlock it if you haven't). It's a yellow bubble. No bubble left behind benefits from it.

If some char is extremely low lvl and you are close to unlock a new char, get some lvls for them though.

i would say to you on that, 'eventually yes' is an answer in this game that can mean many things. obols are a long thing. im in mid w6 and grinding out obols is not even on the top 10 of my list of things. they are bonuses that are useful of course and fill out your characters and upgrade them. but i wouldnt grind them at all.

Later lvls need a lot of days to get +2, even if you are far away from getting the next shiny pet that gives infinite signs that is usually the better thing to focus on

food really does invalidates all level "requirement" (they are 100% not requirements)

The real jump is w4 for most. As long as you can clear the portal requirements in a reasonable amount of time, you're good to go

How am i supposed to have my maestro skill level higer than the other char? Even when other character has no exp boosting talents/card it still get more exp than the maestro by sheer efficiency amount. Any tips for this?
