Multikill Bonus is the amount of bonus resources you get from a monster. Increases based on the number of total mobs killed by all characters. This % differs for w1, w2 and w3.

Yes, eagle eye produces shinies. But the shiny chance is per completed trap cycle. So 7 chars once a day is not very high. 20 min traps can give you more attempts to get a shiny
