4️⃣ Allows you to connect to lab bonuses from slightly farther away which can reduce the number of characters needed in the lab. Note that the max distance between characters, which is called line width, doesn't increase.
5️⃣ Improves kills per hour in W4 but since you likely won't be pushing W4 portals for long this is relatively low priority.
6️⃣ Max level spice spillage triggers every time. They are lower priority since it takes a lot of star talent points and is likely to trigger several times in a row when checking multiple characters.
7️⃣ 3 crystal mobs per day is very little.
Unlocks the recipes for troll armor giving all stat% and the base for all further armor upgrades. It is great but require plenty of Nullo Salt. Don't buy it if you can't craft them.

Not at all, Orion and poppy aren't capped by world progression but instead your own progression. You can grind out all fish resets in a day or two of active play. Leaning towards the one day. You just have to pick a time and grinded it out. There are plenty of guides but if you're not one to read walls of text I can summarize it if needed

Yes you should avoid fisheroo resets like crazy, WHEN you reset early on you want to do Mega resets, but you want to avoid resets until you ahve a 'good' amount of Fisheroo Points built up to make the reset worthwile.

You are not in a bad place at all, but WHEN you do mega resets depends on you and if you think you need help pushing and if you ahve enough points invested into the reset point thing

they do help, but they aren't THAT important to account progression, literally just a couple of QoL stuff
