I think you can upgrade the tools you use from your maestro based on what class it is. For example, fishing rod, use your warrior character to upgrade the tools using w4 or w5 upgrade stone to add strength. Same as to your catching net, use your archer to upgrade the tool

Construction one is nice for sure. But u want them all, generally the rarer, more expensive ones from free rotation are the "better" ones
