the 10 is not per hour, its per cycle. your combustion cycle is problably 15 minutes, so it consumes 40 per hour. that means those 670 iron ore will be consumed in around 17 hours

you actually only need the info of the per cycle and the cycle rate not the rank which would be a pain to convert
