Full Detailed Description of Issue : The game is running on PC, character farming mobs active afk, I'm at mastery 5, floor 5 =that can drop the 2 manes). Funeral flowers is at lvl 14 and it randomly resets to 1 again. I am not changing mastery, not changing floors, not logging on mobile or any other device, just opened the sneaking sometimes to check the loot. There I saw that that Funeral flowers dropped back to 1. I did not experience this on Mastery 4, at least I didn't notice. Same thing happens on differemt floors in Mastery 5. All I did was switching between chars.

Description: I have replicated this issue numerous times, but when logging in on iOS vs PC it seems to “collect” the traps, but does not deposit them to storage and then when changing maps/reloading it seems to delete my entire existing stacks of critters in storage. Specifically it only deletes all my normal Froge, Scorpions, Rats, Bunnies, Dung beetles, Honkers, and Voodoo fish…. Turtles crabs and owls are fine… very odd issue indeed.

Full Details of Issue : After using a "Full Class Redo" from the gem shop, talking to Promotheus does not give me the pop-up window to pick my new class while doing the "three right answers" quest.
Instead, the quest marks itself as complete, and I am stuck as a beginner.
His quest resets whenever I relog/relaunch the game, change characters, or change servers.
The quest shows as completed on my character, even though he has the dialogue to start the quest.
I have tried un-equipping everything then relogging, logging on with a different device, using a talent reset, waiting a couple of days, and abandoning all quests.
I bought and used the redo on the android version.

Full Details of Issue : Before using Legendary Talent points on Refinery speed, one red cycle was 4500 red salt every 27 seconds. Now it's 1500 red salt every 9 second cycle. Why would the output get cut?

Edit: under further review, when auto Refine is off, it calculates properly, giving the full amount into the bar. It would be nice for it to calculate properly with auto refine off as well. Thank you.

The mission of the Zenith statue conflicts with the mission of the Onyx statue. I first worked on the Zenith statue task and then on the Onyx statue task, but the bonus for the statue was knocked off (the Onyx statue's hammer was thrown directly and not placed in w1). Description: I had run IdleOn on my pc before leaving to uni on the pearls map. I got there and logged in onto my laptop, where it said that I had to disconnect from my PC. When I returned home, i found that my PC had still kept IdleOn on instead of closing it, and found that my whole day of progressed was reverted as it had saved over what I did at uni. I got the Hug from Timmy achievement and the third promotion at the pearls map at uni, which both are no longer available. Is it possible to reverse this?
PS: To see if the wheel spins were predetermined or not, I spun the wheel again 11 times for the free one each day and 10 bought with gems. I remember originally getting a fifth nametag and no green or orange results as I am mainly spinning for arcade balls. This time, I got two orange and no blue results. This definitely would be problematic as it will be possible to get like all blue results if you have the patience and potentially a home wifi and a hotspot if it is to do with different internet connections

Resetting mastery resolved the issue. Showed the ninjas on the floor above. Reset it back to 2 and there were on the second level again. Went up and down and they reset every time. So seems to be linked fully to that door being relocked.

• Oh also the "Upgrade Vault is now in the Codex!" appears every Void Run too, so that's an extra bug tied to Void Run.
  • BOTH of these issues do resolve after the Void Run, but it's still kinda annoying.

When splunking and the game crashes (not the typical white screen crash, tho i would assume this will result in the same problem)

1. You lose your floor progress (currently no way to save current run)
2. The stamina used thus far is lost
3. The resources gained in the current run are lost

Due to the strong encouragement to 100% each floor, a splunking run can take quite some time to complete, a crash causing us to lose all this progress is just unacceptable, not to mention the loss of stamina to boot. At the very least the game could snapshot our current run every 5 floors to prevent such a massive loss.

Full details: I was crystal farming and because of all the drops it started to lag. I stopped atacking, but before it stopped, the game crashed. 1️⃣ Buy one point of spice spillage. This gives you up to a 20% chance to claim all your spices when claiming over an hour of afk gains. Since spices generate more slowly the more you have produced since last claim this will improve spice production.
2️⃣ Having more bubbles get upgraded each day will help a lot, especially when combined with buffs giving more levels per bubble. Only buy this if you can reach the No Bubble Left Behind node in the lab.
3️⃣ Egg capacity is limited and every time the hatchery fills up eggs are wasted until you unlock the rarity upgrade. Also helps you get two achievements with good rewards requiring egg capacity.
4️⃣ Allows you to connect to lab bonuses from slightly farther away which can reduce the number of characters needed in the lab. Note that the max distance between characters, which is called line width, doesn't increase.
5️⃣ Improves kills per hour in W4 but since you likely won't be pushing W4 portals for long this is relatively low priority.
6️⃣ Max level spice spillage triggers every time. They are lower priority since it takes a lot of star talent points and is likely to trigger several times in a row when checking multiple characters.
7️⃣ 3 crystal mobs per day is very little.
Unlocks the recipes for troll armor giving all stat% and the base for all further armor upgrades. It is great but require plenty of Nullo Salt. Don't buy it if you can't craft them.

This happened to me yesterday with my daily spin and I had 5 event points. I (accidently) recreated the situation again today and lost my spin again. To check if I got a prize or not, I still had 5 event points and no arcade balls. This situation is recreated (without losing the spin) by walking to an interactive (anvil/merit shop/staute for example), then as you are walking, click the wheel. Once your character gets to the interactive, that screen pops up and exits out the wheel screen. If you are actively spinning the wheel, no prize is given.

1️⃣ W5 skill XP will speed up the divinity grind since it helps unlock stronger styles faster.
2️⃣ Aim to keep the loot pile capacity greater than your ship count so you can claim two entire cycles at once without waste.
3️⃣ Mob respawn will help afk kills in W5.
4️⃣ Total all stats will slightly improve most things. Don't buy it if you don't have the star talent points to use it.
5️⃣ Tab 4 talent points can be scarce but you only get 3 per purchase and there are a lot of other ways to get them including class lvls, skill lvls and the alchemy bubbles.
⚛️ The Atom Collider is the last building on the top row of construction requiring Nullo Salt and 10s of millions of resources to use. The discount should be bought before you start buying atom upgrades.
⚔️ The last boss recipe is The Divine Scarf which is among the best items in the game and reasonably easy to craft. This recipe should be gotten as soon as the task of beating nightmare Kruk on all characters can be completed. Earlier recipes are for armor and weapons most of which gives mob respawn significantly improving kills per hour. Get these if you can afford to craft them.

I am unsure of the specific sequence of events that caused it. I realized the affected character was behind on bags so I sought out the sandy/icy bag drops and then did the quests on my first character to share BCEFGH from the World 1 Merit shop. At some point during adding 5-6 different bags to the affected character (Zexriel) I was switching between mobile/desktop and this made the desktop version inventory stop functioning on the last page. I believe the overall count is off due to switching back and forth during the additions but am unsure. Current quantity reflects as 88 total with 80-88 non-functioning on Steam.

I was suspecting overflow on mobile, but it is very weird, that regular critters are not even dropping on the ground when collecting manually?

Full detailed description of issue: after completing the bob and cactus tasks to begin goldrics quest line the first task was no problem at all. Once I unlocked the Hoopsies mission I used the shortcut item for the first attempt and it didn't count toward my task completion. I went into the green bean area to make sure I wasn't just doing something wrong and after missing my final time and exiting the task it didn't count toward my mission tasks. I've had errors before but they faded and never repeated unlike this one. I've tried leaving and rejoining but still nothing. I'm gonna continue to my tests on this glitch and see if I can break through it. If not I hope this can be dealt with as soon as avaliable.

Full Detailed Description: Since some time (most likely w7 release) I noticed my Drop Rate stats (others most likely too but this one was easiest to see) kept on changing randomly when doing seemingly normal actions that should not affect them. I think I found possible root of the problem or at least one of the sources.

I can farm mobs on any map in the game, teleport to w6 city and Crop scientist will be showing me bigger set of stats from 2 pictures. Then if I do cloud save while in w6 city and come back on same character Crop scientist will be showing me second set of stats with lower number. DR displayed in my character stats page is also changing accordingly.
It is possible that some other actions are also causing those stats to change but since I can't see it without talking to npc in the city there is no way of knowing it for sure. In general there is a problem somewhere because my Drop Rate stats keep on fluctuating and changing when it should not because it keeps on happening even in w7 where I do not have any AC map bonuses farmed.

When fighting the W4 troll, if you use Elemental Sorcerer Radiant Chainbolt while the boss is targetable and supposed to be attacked, the boss becomes untargetable and the fight just stops and will not continue. Exiting the room fixes it, but is not desirable since you don't get boss loot.

I ran into this about 3/15 times fighting the boss (on normal difficulty) randomly when using auto attack, and it happened immediately once when i specifically tried out Radiant Chainbolt on the boss, and then I stopped wasting my keys - I suspect it'll happen frequently if done on purpose

The behaviour that can be observed (gaming speed) corresponds to the very low values, so it's not a display issue.
How to replicate: What happened is that the game crashed (went to pizza 1 poops during steam); when I opened it again I apparead as not loged in (was in the tutorial), after a couple of attemps (game got stuck a couple of times) I managed to log in, and noticed the gaming behaviour I'm describing.

EDIT: Now I logged in around 8h later and everything works as it should.

I have tried to check out the books on many different days. I have closed my game, updated it but the issue has persisted through several patches. I toggled the max book option on and off but it didn't have an effect. I have been experiencing this since the launch of W7. Go to the completed quests section and reclaim the original item(s) needed to finish the secret set. Also do this 4 extra times for 5 x Vman nametags for Codfrey. You will have to switch back and forth between maps as you reclaim and deposit the nametags so the completed quest has the item again.

Theorized on why its happening that I tried were liquidvestment which has never worked like this for me, waterfall in lab which I have turned off. Some sort of gallery issue but I have no trophy that effects alchemy.

I suspect its the new talent of unspent particle upgrades going to the first bubble for free but if that is the case then liquid being spent isnt free and why is it effecting liquids 2 and 3.

From Neon Coral to Zenith cluster each slab slot caused app crash. Though Golden Sugar cookie and a few other future items have not caused a crash. I can't say for certain this issue hasn't existed since W7 drop, I don't access slab often nor do I use Android often, only on slow days at work.

Despite having "cost" brew upgraded on at least lvl 100 on every cauldron. I've noticed it happens randomly, for example yesterday it was orange cauldron that was bugged and today it's green and purple cauldrons. I've also noticed that it can happen multiple times at a day or can stay the same for a couple of days. Upgrading "cost" brew temporary fixes the issue.

Full Detailed Description of Issue: I cannot harvest my medal crops, tried cloudsaving/reloading the game. Haven't tried removing the crops because it takes ~7hrs to grow medal crops, and this is the 16th medal crop. Clicking "Collect All" button or the lands one at a time does nothing. Crops appear for a second when I load into World 6 town, then dissapear like shown in screenshots.

Issue: Game crashes when spelunkining
Details: more or less in the name. When on a delve the game will sometimes crash. This happens most frequently at a decent depth (50+) and always directly following a strike (I'll tap to strike and the game will crash prior to any destruction animation). This occurs when in town, when fighting in the background, and when not auto-battling in a non-town map (basically anywhere) . Sometimes I come back to see that stamina has not been consumed but sometimes it is lost and I get no amber or other loot from the run.
Platform: Android, most recent version. Haven't observed Issue on steam.

1. I had ~1065m-1080m or so red salt, as it previously displayed on my fuel components for explosive combustion creation.
2. This was like this for about a day until I check a lil bit ago and I have only 69.5m salt 🙁
3. I had more than 1050 because I had like 20m in the output section I was keeping while orange salt (in my mind) caught up and ate through my red faster than it would produce (whenever that happened)
   I figured why not use the extra storage that's inherently provided in the output section? What is the point of it existing if not to use it as storage?
   Well, this is why- I'd reckon this triggered it to atomize 1000m red salt into an atom somehow, getting messed up and bugged up cause I had more than 1050m of something
4. There was no red salt in the output storage anymore, it was all in my storage (69.5m)
5. No, I did not take it out or otherwise mess with it or buy the 1000m vial, I already have had that vial for a long time.

I started playing this Monday (Nov. 24th), so I assume it's instantly Steam linked.
Yesterday I figured I'd try logging in on my Android phone. I signed in with Steam account, but there were no characters. I assumed the cross platform play doesn't work and moved on.
Earlier today I figured I'd try some basic things to maybe trigger a sync and signed out of my account on PC.
When I logged back on via steam account there were no characters, same as Android.
Now I've tried uninstalling, deleting the folder in roaming and etc, but nothing has helped so far.

First character's name: Reegeh.

Maybe someone here has an idea of a trick that could fix this.

The trick is to use the proper login method.
Generic email

Ios account
They're all different methods and thus all different accounts.
If you signed in with steam and saw no characters you probably didn't use the steam account method.
Ask in general chat how to remove bad login so you can try to login properly if you're sure you used the same method you started with

Not quite a bug but... I think there is something wrong with the efficiency of running the newest W7 Souls Tower Defence game. Even with Hide Damage turned on, and in the very early stage of the game (from like the first 10 levels onward towards at least 70) the game lags hard. Not having that issue with the other worlds until late game runs which is expected. Anyone else having the same issue?

I just launched the game and kept playing.
It's a so called "PC bound account" and uses Steam ID as email address.
I've tried entering it in email field when logging in but it doesn't accept it as a valid email address.

I am unsure if this is intentional or not, but I am assuming its a bug. If not, feel free to disregard this post.

Other relevant details include that they will still break doors (to my knowledge). The screenshots are difficult to show this off, but I waited the full cycle for each ninja and as you can see by the final attempt that only my ninja with 0% detection actually managed to attempt to find an item.

I have unlocked the Bear God which allows characters to be uploaded in the lab at all times. I have King Doot pet, which sets all Divinities as Active.

My Maestro, SqueezyPineApp, is only showing as disconnected from the Lab when I log into my 10th character, SqueezyBanana. Characters 1 - 9 will show the Maestro as connected and all bonuses apply. But when I log into my 10th character, SqueezyBanana, my Maestro shows as disconnected and bonuses do not apply as they should. I am using the 3D printer to verify.

Using my 1st character, SqueezyLemon, we see that my Maestro is active inside of the lab and all printer bonuses are showing as purple. Using my 10th character, SqueezyBanana, we see that the Maestro is disconnected, and the printer bonuses apply strangely (blue for all characters, white for maestro).

I have also included a screenshot showing that my Maestro is not connected to the Bear God like the rest of my party, which might be one of the underlying bugs? (Although I have Doot so essentially it shouldnt really matter, and none of my other characters show the Maestro as disconnected)

Issue: Splelunking keeps resetting after logging back into web interface / issue also impacts emperor bonuses

When logging back into the web interface, my splelunking stamina across all my characters would randomly reset back to 50 when logging back after multiple hours. Despite getting the daily reset for bubbles, I did not get my amber gems reset either. You can see that overstim meter is at 763% despite my entire roster being at 55 stamina. My emperors castle bonuses also goes blank and I need to initiate a boss fight to get back the bonuses. Bubbles seemed to work at least? This has happened a few times already. I had purposely logged out and did a sync but the issue is still prevalent.

I haven’t done any splelunking runs for the past 24+ hours.

There was an issue regarding Siege Breaker (patched on already) where some players would buy it, and not get it.

Worry not, I will credit ALL players who have purchased this with the siege breaker hat! Next update, you will see it credited to your hat rack, no problem at all.

Don't worry, I will absolutely make sure no problems arise from this. As I said during my stream, even though this will be fixed easy peasy, I want to assure everyone that worse comes to worst, everyone gets refunded and given the hat for free!

Sorry, but at this point I really don’t enjoy the game anymore. The ninjas have been buggy for months. Either I can’t see them at all, or they’re walking down a hallway I haven’t even unlocked yet. Then I have to remove all items, restart the game, and only then it works — but only until the next restart.

On top of that, the summoning challenges are buggy. As soon as I spawn the red exploding things, they often explode at the boss, and everything just runs past the boss until I stop spawning them.

Could you please take care of these bugs before releasing new updates? I’ve invested a lot of money into the game, and it’s really frustrating that new packs keep getting pushed while the game is currently full of bugs. Very unfortunate. @lava, I actually really like your game, but things like this completely kill the vibe.

I do happen to have a json from Idleon toolbox of a save a few days before the glitch happened, dunno if that could help.

These five are the worst to have lost, since I have no way to get them back, not until a new event at least, especially the prismas :/

• Lost 400 or so prismas

• 60 blue arcade balls

• Event points got reset, had about 300 left(also no idea if all the bonuses from the event market got reset but I had all of them too)

• Lost my exalted stamps that I had from the pack, still had 6 to use before getting wiped

• Lost at least 20 rubifier

• Some tutorials can't be finished(The only one really that I see for now that can't be finished is the one from cogs since I can't put a flag down anymore), the tutorial screen gets in the way to see the cog board

• Sneaking floors reset and I can't move any of my chars, they are stuck

Hey, I think I found a bug in World 7. On the map with the Coralcave Crabs, I already reached the required portal kills with one character, while five others are still missing. Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : I just did a fresh void run for 10 fresh 3D Printer samples. After putting on two of my new samples, I hit the Printer Go Brrr button. It procced so I went to the next two items, did the same thing, etc. I did this for the sake of upgrading vials, but when I went to go check my snakeskin vial, it said I only had 125k, which is weird since I just printed 8h worth (which is like 48h worth due to Lab + Harriep). The planks seem to have printed just fine, but the snakeskin did not. I did the same thing for Rat Tails and Mimic Teeth, and again the Rat Tail (SLOT 1) did NOT print, but Mimic Teeth (SLOT 2) did [image shows 50m; I just used 1b to upgrade Mimic Teeth vial]. I did the same thing for snowballs and purple mushroom caps. Again, same exact thing.
For the record, I have NO clue if this affected only the VMan or every character. I'm only reporting the VMan's slots not printing both.

UPDATE: It's working for both slots as of December 2nd now. Just did my daily Void Run today with 10 new samples of 9 different items (one kept from the previous); I don't know if this was some weird one-time glitch, or maybe it only happens to when you proc the no cooldown? The main one being the "Two-Time Savior" as I have Blunder Hero equipped and another in my inventory. I saw this was reported back in 2022 but not after the August 2024 date I saw in the pins. Other achievements related to card collecting (Steam exclusive) are not popping either - "Card Collector" & "Card Enthusiast"

Full Detailed Description of Issue (include steps to replicate & char name if you can/want) : Loaded in on my character "LUCKY BOI200869" and withdraw any food and put it in the last row, 3rd column and it will become "premiumfied" see screenshot. You can put it in storage and withdraw it within this specfic character and can be reproduced, even after a full log in/out and a wipe of the game files from both steam and android version. Will work on all golden food. Only way to fix is to withdraw it on another character.

Odd issue with the Maestro quest, when I selected the class at the end of the quest from "Maestro the stro!mman!" guy, my character became the maestro class, but the quest didn't finish and I didn't get the trophy, now it sits in my active quest page stuck at "become Maestro 0/1", forfeiting doesn't work. my poor club maestro trophy 😭

Did a very quick scan of this using search bar and didnt see anything. My issue is my summoning essence gains is broken. Im currently getting 0 a day to my knowledge. I used to be able to upgrade atleast one thing a day in every category but now im going on 4 days of nothing. This could be user error. Is there something that stops your gains? Otherwise its broken on my end. Walking over the summoning alter and to the left of it does show the animation of me getting summoning essence but the numbers dont appear to go up anymore.

Full Detailed Description of Issue bug when you shop items from shop npc and then deposit all in storage some items still in last slot inventory and only way to get rid off them is to throw them out on ground and pick them app agen and then you can move them or deposit only. Same when you kill monsters and your inventory bags get full last slots get stuck and only with lock button you can free them or by dropping on ground only then you can deposit them in storage. otherwise they are stuck. Spelunky pages Chapter 4 issue.

When using the pages from chapter four (I've tried 100, about 5k about 8K and recently 100 several times. The following happened:

I was awarded "X levels of max stamina" nothing showed up on chapter 4. It showed up on Chapter 3. The most recent checks were 100 pages each gaining 1 level on chap 3 from 98 to 99 then again to 100. This was done first in a PC using Steam. Then again on iPhone only this time with one use of 100 chapter 4 pages. Once again moving chapter 3 from 98 to 99. Log off and back to lv 98.

No photos. I can recreate and take them if you wish.
