Highly suggest you try and do as many as you can do. You only need to do the quests once on a single character for it to count for your account. You can of course complete them all on every character for more rewards etc, but you will only get the quest completion once. There is a talent that gives you bonus damage for completed quests

At the end of each world, the main NPC has a long quest line that rewards you a trophy from farming monsters, making items, etc from that world. You will need 1 for a trophy, and a second one (if you want) for an achievement.

So farming the trophies on multiple characters is very helpful. Check the reward of the achievement to see if it's worth doing though

You only need to complete the quest/questline once, and it will be as if you completed it on every character. Definitely do the main quests in each world, talk to all of the Pigs.

Most of the Pigs reward stamps, which only need to be earned once for example. If you do them on seperate characters you can just sell/drop the extra stamps you get. As you play you get stronger, and some of the quests take seconds, so it's just how much you want to do now vs. later
