1: you dont need to hard focus one character, its an idle game after all, just set some for an afk thing that would be useful, and active one.
2: explain what you mean by your green stack count is wrong
3: if you mean your last bag isnt taking items or it is but then you cant remove them, try locking and unlocking that slot and it should work
