It depends, due to not knowing how the next 3 MCs will be, most would say, 2 DK, 2 AC, 1 WW, 1 Vman, 1 or 2 DB, 1 or 2 SB, 1 or 2 ES.
imo 2 DB is kinda meh these days now and with the bug on his Wowz, Chowz and whatever Talents that Lava still not fixed, I'd say 1 is enough

Yeah, at some point you will have enough Talent Points, you can take everything for Tab 1 Combat, and Tab 2 is then just pure skill, but yeah doesn't matter at that point.
For now though focus on the combat stuff for AFK or Active play
