ya i can't see anything specifically that would be lowering it for the first dk, infact according to the player stats portion of your toolbox everything looks higher on the first one. Besides a few multikill percent which will be fixed when you cloudsave and the toolbox updates your talent levels for charred skulls.
I see a bunch of stuff that can actually be optimized on the second skilling dk - such as it has no card set or full card slots
