if your gear is specced for strength you will want to rework that into wisdom. strength gives very minimal boost to damage on a warrior/barb. you want more wisdom than strength in general
also should have fully invested into carry a big stick like you had it before and not so much into that extra strength. your damage min would be closer to mid 2000's range minimum. your gear needs to be reworked from the ground up for accuracy so that you don't need to put points into your stats unless you have leftover points(ie after you have maxed all the major damage bonuses and afk/active bonuses). you had the carry a big stick part right before but you swapped it off and decreased it. Also the apocalypse one probably shouldn't be maxed out unless you had the mob kills to back it. that's why i specified that. if your kills on specific mobs were 100k plus on the maximum value allowed on the apocalypse trait that damage number would be higher, but you didn't balance it. you just pumped points into it is what it looks like.
the advice i gave you doesn't suck you just didn't balance correctly was all 😐 that and it seems your old playstyle relied on wisdom stat in the tree too much rather than on your equipment... thats gotta be fixed

So im playing pokemon radical red. Has a randomizer option. Specifically states bosses and legendaries/mythics arent randomized

I think that option means that the static legendaries in game are unchanged. Not that you can't encounter a random legendary. @left fulcrum

"Legendaries will not be changed and Boss encounters will remain unchanged". So i wasnt meant to meet moltres there and regardless of the randomizer. Brock and other bosses will always have the same pokemon.

That option doesn't effect what pokemon are randomly in a zone. All pokemon are randomized iirc. There should be a separate option for not having wild legendaries

The dev needs to rephrase it cause i had to restart that run cause Brock's pokemon stomped mine. My new starter from the randomizer consisted of a choice of woobat. Luvdisc and Latios
