Napollean, the issue is we've talked about these things literally dozens of times. Everybody knows. Many people have tried for months, doesn't work.

As for the refunds, you put money in for the content that was already in game. You don't pay for future content, and you didn't have to pay to play, either. If the content you paid for was impacted, you'd have a case to file a complaint (I think? Not sure how this department works entirely)
