The chance of the 1st part happening (considering boosted spawn odds of 1 in 1000) on any particular day is only 0.04% (if he had NO crystal spawn bonuses, its a 0.01% chance). The chance of the 2nd part is a 1 in 100 jillion!
🏆🏆 @rose kettle For getting four "+4 LUK" rolls on a party hat! That means, 4 out of 5 times, he 1. Succeeded on the stone (50% chance) and 2. Rolled for LUK (25% chance).
If you tried to do this yourself, on average you would need: 17,476 party hats before you got one like this -- (and remember, party hats art friggin rare themselves)

🏆 @jolly sinew -- CARD DROP FROM ARM! This is a secret many of you dont know, but efaunt arms each have a 1 in 2,000,000 chance to drop an Efaunt card. Even at 4x drop rate, that's still 1 in 500,000, which is almost 100,000 efaunt kills before you'll have this happen (since you get to kill a few arms per efaunt of course)
