Just did a quick search but here is what I can get with just focusing on cost reduction, not brew speed. The progress requirements increase so much here that you don't see progress, but a little nudge fixes it. It's mostly due to mama mia not activating.
If a potion needs 999qq blue resource, you can not make it. It needs to be less.
That's why cost reduction is priority where I'm at
