Anyways, you'd want to set up a click on Jump/Extract once every few seconds. Then more on your bag spot to open them (so you don't max out on bags and lose them).
Mine is 1 Jump/Extract, 3 bags, 1 Next spelunker, repeat.
Hitting every 300ms so it cycles once every 4.5 seconds, basically.

Anyways, your best bet non-premium are things like eternity cauldrons, and the various pet passives and such that increase the amount of times you can upgrade their speed.
