Yes and no. You fight her in Isleweaver but you get her parts from the final boss in the run. Same with her weapons. Also pity shop so you can grab things you need with the currency it drops too.

If you have titania, she makes Lephantis super quick and easy.

The real piece of shit boss is Zealoid Prelate. Fuck that guy
