Yeah I've seen a lot of upset about skin colors not matching. Anime seemed to have mostly all the same color, but the live action is being more "true" to things, which is probably a good thing. I'm not bothered either way. But as far as being true to who the character is, Zoro isn't too far off. He seems more... self-isolated/loner type in the live action. Maybe that'll change in later seasons. Everyone else so far seemed to be just fine to me.

Vicious is a goofy character with a horrendous case of inferiority complex. Julia is Vicious' wife who is trying to manipulate him so she can become head of the Syndicate.
