Conveyor belts are farmable in Skyblock, go to the cavern layer and start killing things called Conveyor slimes
They’ll drop Conveyor Belt (Clockwise), you can make the Counterclockwise variant via crafting

Every world has 2 evil biomes in it. But they're usually the same. The 2 special seeds give both evils though. Or should anyway.
