They're also the same engine. So it wouldn't be much for the teams to mingle for the more regular QoL stuff. But that doesn't dismiss Genshin's team refuses to work with it's 1.0 characters as well. In fact unless there's significant backlash, none of the characters have ever received changes prior to my disconnecting with it.

You can't convince me that all the good extra qualities people wanted in genshin didn't appear in Star Rail first. Artifact maker (though its shit), easy consumption of stamina for rewards as long as you've done it once before properly, faster cutscene stuff. Though the shit maker is also in Genshin now, it took a good year, and we only recently started being able to use unsnapped resin directly in domains. I suspect blooms as well, I forgot to check when I was on last week.
And yes I'm entirely dissatisfied with the artifact makers. Though they're okay for getting your baseline crit% and cdmg% on things with your preferred main, it might as well be no different than burning all the resin you have in a domain for how RNG can still fuck you and you're out of chances until the next patch.
