The Problem
Low tier plants get stuck in a loop of being reset to tier 0.
With the introduction of the Science Pen upgrade in the Jade Emporium, it is trivial for plant tiers 0 - 2 to have a "SproutGrowthCHANCE" greater than 0.999. This happens at Mutation Level 85 with 160 crops and the lab nodes active. This is problematic since if a plant does not get a guaranteed evolution (from having AFK time greater than twice the expected time to evolve), then there is a check for "SproutGrowthCHANCE" >= 0.999, that if met, the plant will either be set to tier 0, or to do nothing. This means that if the gaming window is open, which causes AFK times to be either 1 second in World 5 or 5 seconds anywhere else, that the plants will be stuck in a loop of being set to tier 0 because there is never enough time to get the guaranteed evolution.
The Fix
Updating the check to be "SproutGrowthCHANCE" >= 0.999 && sproutTier < 0 will keep the intended functionality and remove the degrowth issue.
Seashell
The Expectation
Anytime a plant evolves one or more tiers (other than to the first tier), the Elegant Seashell should get +1 to total plants evolved (e.g., going from no plant to plant tier 5 in one cycle should be +1 to the shell)
The Problem
The Elegant Seashell does not correctly track most plant evolutions.
There is only one code path that updates the shell's evolution count: if the plant evolves one level by procing the randomFloat() > Math.pow(1 - "SproutGrowthCHANCE", afkTime / "SproutGrowthTime") code path (natural evolution). This means that if a plant evolves from having AFK time being greater than twice the expected time, but then doesn't evolve via natural evolution, the shell evolution count will not be updated despite having evolved.
The Fix
Before the loop that does evolution, save the plant's current tier. After the loop, update the shell's evolution count if oldTier < newTier && newTier > 0
