So, I think it's actually good that pet bundles lack major bonuses. If every pet bundle had an account bonus, everyone would want to buy the pack for the bonus and less people would want to trade for the pet. Chippy, for example.
Having pet packs that give little make it so people with Chippys/pets with account bouses in the bundle have things to trade for.
Like, I refuse to trade for a Chippy when the bundle bonus is good, I will wait for bundle rotation.
