Various reasons, similar to RIP Tide it is just an exclusivity thing, though to a lesser degree, functionally it gives you all divinity links in W5 (besides purrmep minor I think), pocket divinity from the Hole mitigates the issues of not having it but you still get notable boosts even considering such, such as perpetual AFK gains you otherwise wouldn't have(From Snehebatu and Goharut) and the quality of life of not needing to juggle divinity links

put shortly, it's a strong effect that is further bolstered in value due to its rarity, this may be even more the case in the future when we get the final two divinity links
