1st shaker is good for uptiering sushi til you get east wind, then it just becomes money/fuel storage. 2nd shaker you'll want as many pieces of sushi that haven't been perfecto'd yet, each ones has a chanse for it to occure, third shaker you'll want to max money income by switching on fire places/red slots with high tier sushi before hitting it and it becomes better when you get the upgrade for it that makes it multiple hours

it's pretty straight forward where you are now, red for making fuel, green for money. stacking red slots over the green fireplaces are good. they become more important once you get to overtuned fuel and the later fireplace colors for xp and fireplace bonuses
