It's not the same. I don't know the 100% exact maths but I assume 0.1 can be as high as 0.15 and to hit 0s you need to be under 0.05s so 0s = 3x faster. It does definitely make a difference, I hit 0s palette long time ago and increasing speed still helps

Basically untill lvl 100 on rat king upgrades, try to keep tokens a little bit ahead of the other 2 upgrades. So drop tokens now, catch up the other 2 then resume investing into tokens first, then the other 2
