honestly I just take my daily rate and divide by 8, read that many - You can do stuff in cave 2 like reading just under the threshold to activate the 2nd bonus early on, but later on that gets increasingly low value to do, just missing out on many many total levels

Cave 4 is kinda special because the good bonus there is chapter levels, which requires 2.5M, so you never read less than that, and caves 5 and 6 it's hard to get enough to read for the final bonus so it's pretty normal to read just enough to get the 2nd bonus in each (80k), but if you can afford higher you can read more
