probably cause there's so very few sources that affect flaggy rate. That's build speed, the purple flags multi from gem shop (which I think affects the whole multi and not the characters), flaggy rate cogs, flaggy rate tiny cogs, flaggy rate multi on research board, 1 flaggy rate card, and having DK's on the board. since DK's have 10x more flaggy rate for some reason.
