insight works very different from normal exp, the insight you get vs the number you see in the research menu is not really different, but the insight you get on the level is basicaly like this 1 point in the level are is 100exp from the value, so if you are getting 5000 expl per hour then your insight will just go up by 50 points per hour and every single observation has different vlaues to level up the latter the observation the harder it is to level up

but yeah th emore exp multi you have the better your insight multi is as well

So all quick worship doesn't trigger this ... so that w7 research bonus , 2x for all quick ain't that great if you spam worship with the gum , it's a difference of what 10% of the boost (because i don't have anything to boost my food ) , 186% + 18.6 = 205% rounded up , and the bonus from reasearch is 2.05 (for me right now) So basically , i could have saved those point and spammed worship with the gum instead to get similar result . oh well , we live and we learn i guess .
