Hey so it probably wont change much or matter but most of ur gear isnt upgraded (im guessing u dont have enough stones)

summoning (remember to set your AC talents to skilling when you need to)
farming - once you get this land plot, you may want to work on the rest of your day market stuff
Sailing - get Fury relic to ancient, maybe throw some boats at further islands too
Alchemy - work on getting Diamond Chef prisma'd, work on t25 bubbles (rare sailing mats)
Rift - unlocking ruby cards is a nice bump, if you can get 1b kills on W1 mobs for Eclipse skulls, that's also a strong damage multi (DB is best for this...but he's also best at afk pushing W6, so you could candy the skulls if it won't take you more than a 24hr)
Div - make sure you're using Omniphau on the pocket link most of the time, you'll get better returns from the general account progress than the 2x kills. You can manually link the 1-2 people you need to push through W6 to Nobi
Equinox - Matching Scims is another big damage multi, check here for TD setups #1277368276095336558 message

If you're trying to get relics, then you want more total chests of any quality. If you do not have Unending Loot, each of your boats will gather an extra chest above your max loot pile count.
With Unending Loot, the boats will fill the loot pile and then start trying to upgrade those chests, meaning you're missing out on the chests they would have otherwise held.
