it'll depend on what DR you've got
if you've got all the multis and are in the 5 digit range, going from 28k > 34k took me from 201m to 244m oak cards
if you're nowhere near that, just give both a try
the biggest thing that'll affect it skill cards early on is your skill speed though
mining/chopping are capped at 62/min
fishing/catching have no limit afaik
