I'm looking at the farming guide, and for this part:

Stage 4 (First Bean Farm):
When you reach mushrooms plant them on all plots. Evolve them for a bit and when you don't feel like you can go further turn in your crops for beans. Now you will let your mushrooms OG to the most efficient point (probably x16) and then harvest and trade in for beans. Repeat until you have enough beans to start getting 1k stacks for speed. The old recommendation was at least 1.2x Evo GMO, 6% Speed GMO and 1.2x OG Chance. This is unlikely to be optimal now with land ranks. Continuing buying stuff until it starts to feel a lot slower.
after you trade in for beans do you want to clear plots and plant again to get more variety of mushrooms or just keep growing your latest evo?
