I've found it's overkill to have that many Loti.

My current setup:

• 2x Double Lotus
• 1x Lotus & Taunting Mark
• 2x Double Yellow Belt (stick these solo on floors you wish to improve flowers of. Great on new masteries, one on 2F to have a floor to do your daily symbol/pristine rolls on) [you can totally stick one or both on the floor you're progging too, they're just much better solo due to belt stats tripling if solo]
• 1x Rosary Beads & Scroll of Power (this is where all your Jade comes from. Worse detection than the following ninjas, but you gotta get jade somehow)
• 4x Rosary Beads & Silk Veil (these accomplish stuff: Farm items, prog floors via bashing doors, your daily symbol rolls, etc)
• When Char 11/12 come out, they will likely be Rosary+Veil, but will start with black + yellow belts to EXP up )

Laboratory Bling gives the Pure Opals at Total Lab Level 700/1400/2100, and there's also Skill Mastery bonuses capping out at Total Level 1000 on every skill.
