First, looks like you've got Doot, so take all the folks that are on Div and move them to Lab to make use of Goat passive (doot info here https://imgur.com/a/7pSVg76)

For W6 pushing, you'll generally want to afk on DB and then active either WW/DK/AC (the latter only if you have talent levels for it...which it doesn't seem like you do). You can use VMan speedrun for the 3 man locks

Equip your last two characters with skulls/traps (feel free to make them a mage/archer, too, if you want samples), make sure you're claiming worship on every character individually, the MSA in W3 town was made for this
Use the IT dashboard to see what you're missing on each character (star signs x3, anvil, alchemy, etc)

Work on skilling bubbles (auto review is a great tool for this)
Work on getting Vman to rank 1 in the W1-3 skills
Get everyone their best tools
Resample

Sailing - make sure you're buying more boats, you can have 20 of each
Work on getting ancient Faux Tusk and Tablet so you can push other islands better

Unlock your last shrine, you can stop building Void tower

Farming - work on getting more plots, I would just reset all your plots to work on this
