So TL;DR to recap:

• Flowers stack on that floor, per death, making stealth requirements less annoying.
• Can start building stacks on 2F while everyone else is on 1F to EXP (later you can also 1x Black + Yellow belt to super EXP someone alone while everyone else pushes)
• At least 1 double-yellow belt helps to stack Flowers quicker. Put them on 2F once you reach 3F with everyone else to have a low-detection floor to get your daily symbols rolls on.

Also M2 unlocks the rest of the GCharms plus now you get Gemstones to help out, so M2 is a pretty big power spike for Sneaking

Here's the thing, you can spend FOREVER worrying about the MCs and lose a LOT of efficiency on those beginners, OR you can accept that you still have at least 1 of every class and not be "screwed" out of anything.

and you'll eventually 2x every class (except WW or DB anyway)

You already know what you're missing out on if you don't 2x WW for example, it's not like he's gonna add some whole new system to WW so it's okay to plan to not get a second one.
When ES and SB MCs come out, you still have at least 1, so you're just not immediately getting double, and that's assuming we don't get Char 11 prior, which we very likely will given Deckhand's portal lock of 11
