Okay some things I've noticed:

1. It doesn't last forever. It lasts until you check anything farming related or leave town.
2. It uses your pre-trade speed, so if you reset again directly after a reset with 0 on all plants... they won't grow fast.

Whenever you feel like it. I recommend getting all your statues to Zenith first since part of the benefit to cluster farming is boosting your zenith statue bonuses.

Okay I have no idea how this works. I've tried waiting after a trade for 5 minutes before going into W6 town, but they only begin OG-ing when you enter the town regardless of how long you spend outside of town.
And they only seem to OG for like 3 seconds when you enter the town, then they go back to their usual speed. I've tried not moving, not interacting with anything, just sitting there. Didn't seem to matter - whatever they OG to when you first teleport to town is what they stop on.

If you accidentally make a duplicate sushi tier, put it next to where the original one was in the chain and continue doing east wind. It'll fix itself.

this is how I distributed my points relatively evenly for all purposes
