It's best practice to do deathnote farming with BB/DB because of the talent challenges to kill X number of mobs with that class. And you never know when Lava will add another challenge for like 1T mobs.

• ES is very good if you have MK; if you don't, ES is pretty much "base" level killing, which means they have no real benefit over others.
• DK is ES w/o the MK bonus (which means mediocre).
• DB/BB has an extra KpK talent via Barbarian (Tab 3). It's by far the best AFK pusher as a result.
  If you have to pick between ES or DK for AFK pushing, ES if you have MK, DK if not (just so your DK has access to more maps).
