hmm well Ill tell you this, you can still get plenty far on that many hours. Just requires a bit of luck. Buying in mid game is essentially screwing yourself from getting real rewards and shouldnt be done unless you're confident in the tradeoff and have a healthy surplus of popularity (which is the most likely scenario, I'm talking 200+ at round 60, which is uncommon but sometimes happens) or coins (unlikely at that level).
