I literally removed all my crops. I set up a column for each type (2 for Mushroom/Glassy), I locked them all (except the top row), then unlocked them all. This is my setup for doing a fresh bean cycle.
I then traded all my crops to the bean guy, I came back, and suddenly my Medal crops were fully grown at like 16k OG

4. Unlock the first row of crops and collect them so they're now on the 2nd crop (excluding Medal)
5. Unlock all crops. You now have the top row as 2nd crop of each type (except Medal) and rows 2-4 are all 1st crop.
6. Bean trade
7. Spam Insta-grow on Medal crop column/collect all to get back to 300 crops at 100k.

This is what I do every time I do a Bean reset

Check your IT page for the monuments (W5 => Hole) and it'll tell you how many hours you need on 1-10 characters to get the next bonus
