Pallet is always good, but if you are you are trying to get chemicals you want to switch to get better speed.

When you can get chemicals constantly you can switch between pallet and normal to reset your log timer. (Log also lets you skip forward in time)

So you enter pallet. Use log. Harvest everything. Then go to normal mode get some chemicals use them, then go back to pallet and use the log. This is what people do to increase pallet until they are fast enough to not need to leave to get chemicals

A) I recommend getting it. But if you do get it, it breaks the orange potion that gives you amber for how much stamina has been spent.
B) If you have the ability to equip multiple of the same potion, then I recommend using two cyan potions or two orange potions. Or more depending on your potion slots and stamina.
C) If you're doing super low level caves, like the first two, then using a purple potion can help with stamina since it'll make you shadow strike objects for free more often.
