Here's a quick review at a glance from your toolbox.

You're missing a 5% total damage bonus from both Cooking and Divinity thru Rift's Skill Mastery. You can get the cooking bonus super quickly by using Divinity Pearls on each character to get to 50 if you have them.

Construction Mastery in Rift will give +2% per 10 tot lv over 750, you're currently at 345.

Pushing rift to 46 will give you Ruby cards - you want to unlock this and max all your cards.

You've got quite a few very easy craftable items you can add to Slab.

You don't have Matching Scims in Equinox, so you're missing out on like 190% bonus Damage from that alone.

You also haven't maxed +% Total Damage in Salt Lick.

Your gear sets are pretty bad across the board - I'd focus on ensuring you have all of your characters geared up to Troll to start. You'll want to ensure that you have purple splicers on every character, then work on getting everybody up to the best possible tool you can build for them.

Also - politely - you've ignored alchemy too much for where you're at in regards to world pushing.
