I don't understand the question. When you finish the log minigame, there's a certain chance for it not to go on CD. If it succeeds, you can do the log game again. If not, it goes on CD for 24 hours. A tier 5 chem plant gives 24 hours of progress on gaming, resetting the log instantly.
