The only real benefit to a second WW is purely Aethermoons, and you don't really need a second one to prog (my WW is already W6 cleared and I only have one).
Second SB at least gets you catching prints and whatever the new MC is. If it has an Aethermoon-style system like the W6 MCs, you'll be getting a nice boost for its MC @mystic swan
