While it may look like the Ballot has "refreshed", it's still just the old bonus that's going on for an extra hour. When the clocks spring forward in the spring, this issue goes away.

This means: When Ballot is supposed to officially end, you have to wait for another hour before the Ballot really comes into effect. Don't vote until after the bonuses change or you will lose your ability to do so.

Its def worth grinding out the MCs but in terms of Divinity w7 has lots of bonuses for it

If they don't want to push w7 then push hole, specifically lamp will help with divinity

Gives a divinity pts multiplier and then you can scale that up even more with zenith farming
