Does anyone know why i cant lvl my immortal snail in gaming past 30? when i try to spend mail to level up nothing happens, the mail isnt used

the thing is once you get your master classes up to current content, youre never supposed to come out of form. it sucks because you still have to play them active and cant afk on them, but theyre meant to be monsters by the time you reach the end
