How do I increase my Monument multi? What multi should I be waiting for?
The reward multi simply exists to not punish you for failing to attempt a Story Telling Run every 20 hours on cooldown. The multi increases at 0.05/hr - thereby allowing you to do 1 run at 20 hours. Initially, it will keep this pace up to 48 hrs for a multi of 2.4x (see below re: additional time bonuses). After this point, the rate drops considerably so it is recommended that you don't wait beyond this point.

The Engineer schematic 'Max Monument Rewards' increases the initial limit from 48 hrs (2 days) to 96 hrs (4 days) for all Monuments.
Justice, specifically, has an additional extension through Bolaia, the Librarian - adding an additional 14 days (336 hrs) only to Justice.
Gaming Duperbit 'Monument Infimulti' adds an additional 10 days (240 hrs) to all Monuments.
Legend Talent 'Best Story Ever Told' increases the time limit by 150 hrs while applying a 2.5x factor to the displayed value.

With all additional bonuses combined, you can delay up to 20.25 days for a bonus multi of 60.75x on Bravery/Wisdom or 34.25 days for a bonus multi of 102.75x on Justice.

Notably, it may be worth waiting for the W7 Meritocracy bonus which adds an additional x factor (dependent on your Meritocracy % bonus) to the reward multi -- though there is no guarantee it'll show up as a voting option in a relevant time nor will it win the vote for any given week.

TL:DR - no need to chase reward multi, just do Story Telling before you hit your relevant cap
