• The blue one is another decent stamina-preserver, especially if you don't have 1k+ stam on everyone yet (albeit with RNG).
• Elixirs 2 and 6 are pretty worthless and thus can be ignored.

blue one has 50% chance to give me 30% stamina, which on average ends up being 15%

which is just straight up worse than the 25% of the yellow one.

and even if you combine the 2, blue still comes at ~20%, still worse than just second yellow

unless there is just some funny lava match going on

Blue one is still used in GDiscovery and Depth setups. It's not bad. I'm not telling you to use it immediately, just that combined with the yellow one, they're not bad. I'm also speaking from MY position with the upgrade to find free elixirs every 5th floor. There's no point running double yellow with said upgrade.
As I said, Green would greatly help you beat the boss since it's a 5x POW on the floor you're on that gradually keeps going down each floor you go down, eventually becoming a debuff mult instead.

FTR the upgrade is immediately after Green Amber, with the one below it giving you 1/2/3 elixirs for killing a boss.

on some maps yes, it matters a lot

• If you run out of stamina before getting resistlocked, then getting deeper is important, hence why I'd do 4T/1P on early delves.
• If you get resistlocked hard before running out of stamina, then going deeper sooner isn't necessarily a good thing. 5T means you go a bit slower, but all amber you find is going to be higher, and because you only have one elixir type, you're GUARANTEED to always get teals.

Biggest Haul doesn't add up all of your hauls from all caves. It's your single biggest haul amongst all of your caves. So saying "bump up your early caves" would be useless.
